| From today until Sunday (23-25 May), the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to affect Mindanao, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, and Palawan, producing cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Elsewhere, the easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions, with isolated thunderstorms that may generate short-duration heavy rainfall. On Monday (26 May), as the ITCZ gradually weakens, its residual effects will still bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Palawan, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-tawi. The rest of the archipelago will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. |
